Digital Discount Agency provides digital services that require time, planning, and labor. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work.


1. General Policy

Since our services are digital and time-based, refunds are not guaranteed after work has started.

However, we always aim to be fair and transparent.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • No work has been started after payment

  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake

  • We cannot deliver the service due to internal reasons

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of response or delays by the client

  • Results not meeting expectations (we cannot control algorithms or market conditions)

  • Services already partially or fully delivered


3. Cancellation of Monthly Plans

You may cancel your subscription anytime.
The cancellation applies to the next billing cycle, not the current month already paid.


4. Delivery Issues

If you feel the service quality is not correct, contact us first.
We will review and offer revisions where applicable.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
